NetSupport School is a classroom management and monitoring platform that gives teachers real-time visibility and control over student devices during lessons. As Education Technology Specialist at Delta Global School, I led the end-to-end implementation of NetSupport School across the campus — from initial vendor contact through IT coordination to full staff training and deployment.
My Role
I identified NetSupport School as a solution to classroom device management challenges, initiated contact with the vendor, coordinated the technical setup with the DGS IT department, and designed and delivered the training program for teaching staff. This project combined vendor management, technical project coordination, and professional development delivery.
Platform Features Deployed
